DELIVERY

If your order will be delivered within Metro Manila, a delivery charge applies based on the delivery address’ city. The final delivery charge is applied upon Order Confirmation.

Deliveries are made from Sunday to Friday, 2-6PM.

Should you require a more specific time frame (e.g. before end of your office hours), please let us know upon Order Confirmation and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  

We are not able to do door to door deliveres outside Metro Manila and outside the Philippines at this point. 

Any order of a 5-day program will incur a flat delivery rate of P50/day - anywhere within our delivery coverage.

Ensure there is someone to receive your order at the delivery address during the delivery schedule. If the delivery address has a Reception Area and no one is available to receive your order, it will be left at the Reception Area.

For deliveries to gated communities and villages, we would appreciate if you can inform the guard at the gate of the incoming delivery. 

If no one is available to receive your order, it will be dropped off to the nearest pick-up point that can store the juices/soups for a longer period. It will be your responsibility to collect the order from there instead.

It is important to immediately put the juices/soups in refrigeration at 1-4C. Please convey this information to the person receiving your order.

If your order will be collected from our pick-up points within Metro Manila, a pick-up charge of P50 applies. The final pick-up charge will be applied upon Order Confirmation. The pick-up charge needs to be settled upfront together with your order payment. 

The complete address of the pick-up point will be shared upon Order Confirmation. 

Only juice-only programs may be picked up outside Metro Manila.

If your order will be collected from our pick-up points outside Metro Manila, a pick-up charge applies based on the number of Single Jabs in your order. The final pick-up charge will be applied upon Order Confirmation. The pick-up charge needs to be settled upfront together with your order payment. 

Orders will be transported from Manila to the pick-up point via PAL and PAL Express flights. The actual pick-up schedule can only be confirmed when the order gets loaded on a flight, and when that particular flight leaves Manila.

If you are unable to collect your order from the designated pick-up point within Metro Manila, it will be dropped off to the nearest pick-up point that can store the juices for a longer period. It will be your responsibility to collect the order from there instead. 

If you are collecting your order from a pick-up point outside Metro Manila, the order must be collected within 2 hours from the time the flight arrives since the airport cargo is not able to ensure appropriate storage.  

A valid government issued ID must be presented upon pick-up. If someone else will collect your order on your behalf, please indicate his/her name under Special Instructions on the Order Form. He/she must also present a valid government issued ID upon pick-up.

It is important to immediately put the juices/soups in refrigeration at 1-4C.  Please convey this information to the person who will pick-up your order.
