Just as it is good to take a break and get some rest, it is as important to rid your body of the excesses of every day. It is like giving your self some breathing room, some space to take in just the good.

In a nutshell, Jabs give you a shot at clean start. They are cleansing programs that will have you taking juices instead of eating meals.

Our body is constantly exposed to toxins through our diet, lifestyle and the environment we live in. Sometimes, we just take in more bad than the body can normally flush out that we need to give our body the time to naturally catch up.

Juice Jab helps in this recovery process by introducing only the good stuff, in liquid form, into our system. It gives the digestive system its much needed rest and allows the body to divert its energy to flushing out toxins.

There are 3 Jab Intensities to choose from depending on your readiness and capacity to cleanse as well as your desired outcome. You can work your way up or jump straight to the stronger Jabs. Jabs are best done for 3-5 consecutive days, at least once a month!

Jabs, by default, come only with the juices needed for your cleansing program. The Mild and Moderate Jabs would still require you to prepare your own food for meal times when you are allowed to take solids. MILD

This requires replacing 1 meal a day (ideally breakfast), with 2 juice bottles per meal. The rest of your meals are restricted to eating solid fruits and vegetables.

A total of 2 500ml juice bottles is consumed per day.

The Mild Jab is for those of who are new to juice cleansing and would want to get an idea what it takes to give up solids. It gives an ample glimpse of the positive effects of steadily infusing the body with enzymes, vitamins and nutrients packed in the juices.

MODERATE

This requires replacing 2 meals a day (ideally breakfast and lunch), with 2 juice bottles per meal. The rest of your meals are restricted to eating solid fruits and vegetables.

A total of 4 500ml juice bottles is consumed per day.

The Moderate Jab is for those who have experienced juice cleansing before, or brave newbies who are confident their body (and mind) can take on a stronger jab. It gives a more apparent cleansing effect thru a notable discharge of the toxins.

MAKE THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CLEANSE BY FOLLOWING THESE TIPS!

PRE-JAB
  • Keep intake of non-fruits and vegetables to a minimum.
  • Stay away from processed, salty, sweet and oily food, as well as alcohol, carbonated and caffeinated drinks.
  • Take the Pre-Jab Jolt if you need help easing into the cleanse proper.
  • Get a good night ‘s sleep.
DURING A JAB
  • Drink 2 juice bottles as substitute for each meal.
  • Eat only fruits and vegetables (ideally not cooked) during meal times when you are allowed to take solids. Upgrade your Jab to include soups to ensure you are eating the right meals that will not compromise your cleanse.
  • Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water.
  • Skip excess activities that will take up more of your energy, rest is key to give you the best experience.
POST-JAB
  • Introduce fruits and vegetables to your regular diet.
